| Some say if our fish was any fresher, it would still be in the water. We offer a wide selection of seasonally fresh fish, high in protein. Tuna, salmon, grouper, and halibut are among the favorite ocean fish, and fresh trout is the most popular fresh water selection. Refreshed or freshly frozen fish are also available, but only those frozen at sea to ensure the highest quality of freshness. |

| All of our fresh kosher fish comes from Inland Seafood, the finest purveyor of fresh seafood in the southeast. Inland Seafood was established in 1977 based on the simple philosophy of supplying the best quality seafood available with the best possible service. Today, we are the largest full-line processor and distributor of more than 1,000 fresh, frozen, smoked and specialty seafood items in the Southeast. By special arrangement Kosher Charlotte has special knives and utensils which are used to prepare the fish we deliver to you under strict kosher supervision. This ensures you can feel confident that your fish is a kosher species, has been checked for various problems that can arise with seafood and that only kosher utensils are used in the preparation of the fish for packing and delivery. |
