Q: Are all the items on Kosher Charlotte’s website kosher?

All items prepared by Kosher Charlotte are under the strict supervision of Rabbi Yossi Groner. All other food products sold by Kosher Charlotte are manufactured under the strict supervision of a certifying organization which is acceptable to Rabbi Groner. A list of these organizations can be found under "Kosher Certification" on the "About Us" page.


Q: Are Chalav Yisrael products marked as such?

All of our dairy products are Chalav Yisrael. Any of our products that have the kosher symbol of a Charlotte Crown with a D are Chalav Yisrael.


Q: I'm looking for a specific product, can you find it for me?

Please fill out the form on our "Kosher Food Finder" page and we will see if we can obtain the product you are looking for.


Q: Why did the price of the fish I ordered change?

The price of fish sold by Kosher Charlotte fluctuates with the market. Therefore, the price of the you order will be finalized the Monday before pickup and maybe be slightly lower or higher than initially anticipated.


Q: Do you deliver and how much does it cost?

We currently deliver to the following two general areas:

1) Within 10 miles of our location delivery costs $5.00.
2) Between 11-20 miles from our location delivery costs $10.00.

At this time we are not able to deliver to location outside of a 20 mile radius from our facility. Items can always be picked up at our kitchen located at Shalom Park inside the Charlotte Jewish Day School. Please call ahead to confirm that your order is complete.


Q: When do you make deliveries?

We currently deliver on Wednesdays between 4:00 and 8:00PM


Q: Where can I pick up my order?

Kosher Charlotte is located inside the Charlotte Jewish Day School cafeteria in Shalom Park at 5007 Providence Rd., Bldg E. Please call to confirm that the order you are picking up is ready.


Q: What time do I pick up my order?

Orders could be picked up from 9:30am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday except on Jewish Holidays. Alternatively, you can call to schedule a pickup.


Q: Once I place an order, can I change it?

You can cancel or change an order by filling out the Contact Us form. Please provide 24 hours notice. 


Q: What are my payment options?

You can either pay online by credit card or select the "pay by check" option and pay upon delivery or pickup.


Q: Is it secure to pay online?

Yes, you can safely make payments online. The shopping cart process online is behind an SSL or Secure Socket Layer, which is encrypted for your protection.


Q: How can I view my order history?

You can view any orders you've placed in the past by logging in on the "My Account" page and clicking, "view all" next to "Track your recent orders".
